Remote engagements

One thing settled. In writing. Without the plane.

The sprint is one week, on-site, one question. Not every question needs that, and not every calendar allows it. These three do the same work at a smaller scale: fixed fee, a written memo, a clear call. Book one. If it leads to a sprint within ninety days, the fee comes off the top.

Fixed fee.— Agreed in writing before we begin.
Remote.— Two sessions, your financials, my desk.
Credited.— 100% toward a sprint booked within 90 days.
Capacity.— Four engagements a month.

01 / Valuation Read

Valuation Read

"I don't know what it's worth."

Almost everything you own is this company. You should know the number, and you should know what's holding it down. I read your statements myself, apply the multiples a real buyer would use, and write you a range you can defend: what it's worth today, the two or three things suppressing it, and what a buyer would discount on day one.

You leave with: a four-page valuation memo, the range, the reasoning, and the levers.

02 / AI Profit Audit

AI Profit Audit

"Everyone's selling me AI. I don't know what's real."

Most AI spend in companies your size buys nothing. Some of it buys margin. The difference is in your P&L and your workflows, not in the vendor's deck. I map where your labor cost, cycle time, and error rate are highest, rank where AI actually pays back, and kill the rest in writing.

You leave with: an eight-page memo ranked by dollar impact, the first 90 days with owners, and a one-page spec you can hand to any vendor.

03 / Decision Brief

Decision Brief

"I've been circling this decision for months."

The sprint, without the week on-site. Same questionnaire, same financials, same research before we start. Two working sessions with you and the people who matter. Then I write the decision: the recommendation, the numbers, what was ruled out, the strongest case against, and the first ninety days.

You leave with: the decision memo. Eight to fourteen pages. Settled.

04 / The sprint

And when the question needs the week.

Some decisions can't be settled from a distance. When it's that one, the sprint is the instrument, and whatever you've already paid comes off the fee.
