The scoping call
Thirty minutes. One purpose.
We work out what question you actually want settled, and what it costs.
What the call is for
What happens on the call. You tell me where you’re stuck. I ask about the shape of the business — size, structure, how long this has been going on, what you’ve already tried. By the end you’ll know whether a sprint is the right instrument, which question it would address, and the number.
What doesn’t happen. No pitch, no proposal deck, no follow-up sequence. If it’s not a fit, I’ll say so on the call and tell you what I think you actually need.
One thing worth knowing. The sprint founders book is often not the sprint they need. A stall is frequently a bottleneck problem wearing a disguise. Part of what this call is for is catching that before you pay for the wrong week.

Tell me where you’re stuck.
Tell me what you’re stuck on and how long it’s been going on. I read and answer these myself.
